PRENATAL PACKAGES

Prenatal Phone Consult

$40 for 20-30minutes. Includes follow-up messaging for two weeks after the birth.

Let’s discuss what your feeding goals will be. We’ll come up with a strategy that begins immediately following birth and adjusts accordingly as your baby grows. Whether this is your first birth or second, third, fourth, etc; I would love to talk, listen and assist you.

Prenatal FaceTime/Skype Consult

$60 for 20-30 minutes. Includes follow-up messaging for two weeks after the birth.

For an even more personal approach, actually seeing one another is a great way for us to connect and even get your partner involved. We can work on your birth plan and how you would like to launch your breastfeeding goals in the hospital or other birthing location.

Hospital Visit

$130 for up to an hour. Includes follow-up phone call and messaging for two weeks after visit.

I can come directly to the hospital to visit you and your new baby. I’ll help you with your latch, and address any concerns you are having following the birth. We can create a plan for you to follow once you get home and include your support team in the process.

POSTNATAL PACKAGES

Postnatal Phone Consult

$40 for 20-30 minutes. Includes follow-up messaging for two weeks after the call.

I am available to listen and hear how breastfeeding is going so far. We will form a plan to address any concerns. Some common issues at this stage include: under supply, over supply, engorgement, mastitis or pumping.

Postnatal FaceTime/Skype/Zoom Consult

$60 for 20-30 minutes or $80 for 40-50 minutes. Includes follow-up messaging for two weeks after the call.

This option is similar to the phone consult, but gives us face-to-face time to identify if there is a problem that could be addressed. We will come up with a plan to help you succeed in your goal. This is a good option if you are not close for me to visit in person, and because we can meet any time Day or Night.

In-Home Visit

$120 for up to 1 ½ hrs. Includes follow-up phone call and messaging for two weeks following the visit.

I will physically come to you and address your concerns. I can help you achieve the perfect latch and find the best positions for feeding your little one. We can even identify and create the best space to feed your baby.

Follow-Up Visits

$75 for up to 1 1/2 hours

Helping Hands Support

$100 for 2 hours.

The first months with a new baby can be a challenge. As a mom myself, I know all to well the stress that comes with a new baby. Throw a toddler into the mix, and it can be overwhelming. Having an experienced extra set of hands can bring joy to this new chapter. If you’re a parent who never has enough time or help, let me lighten the burden. With more than 20 years of childcare experience plus a lactation consultant license, I will be a friendly additional grown-up in your home—to hold and change the baby, wash bottles or pump parts, answer any newborn or breastfeeding questions, and just be there so you can get some rest.

LatchSmith Service Details

I provide pre and post-birth breastfeeding and baby feeding help via Phone, Skype or FaceTime, and In-Person Visit.

I serve Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Lower Westchester for in-person visits (a travel fee may be added).

I do not take insurance at this time.

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, PayPal or Venmo. Inquire about help with pricing if needed. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking an In Person Visit. The remaining balance will be required at the time of service.

Cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to the time of service via phone call or text message. Late cancelations will be charged 50% of the total of the visit. Deposits are non-refundable.
